Hikari Crab Cuisine provides a well balanced daily diet packed with the required nutrients for all types of Crustaceans including Hermit Crabs, Lobsters, Crayfish and Tadpoles. Crab Cuisine is suitable for both freshwater and marine scavengers and has been enriched with calcium to help develop and maintain crustaceans shell structure. The rapidly sinking sticks retain their shape and don't cloud the water whilst at the same time allowing scavengers an extended feeding time.
Feeding Directions:
For lobsters, shrimp, underwater crawfish and other aquatic scavengers, feed 1-4 sticks twice a day based on size. Care should be taken to avoid over-feeding and always remove uneaten food after feeding period.
For hermit crabs feed in a clean shallow dish once a week, removing the food from the enclosure after 24 hours. Feed an amount equal to 2 grams of food (approximately a thimble full) for each hermit crab per feeding.
